Terms of Service

By creating an account or using XPSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use XPSync. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be removed. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

You agree not to use XPSync to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Post nudity of any kind. NSFW content (suggestive art, edgy memes, mature game footage) is permitted, but any nude imagery is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban as soon as it is flagged or reported. Sexual content involving minors is an instant permanent ban and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Impersonate other users or entities.
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate platform features or leaderboards.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access non-public areas of the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you post on XPSync. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these terms. Moderation actions may be taken by automated systems or human moderators. Appeals can be submitted via our feedback system.

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy. Features included with Pro are subject to change.

XPSync, its logos, and platform features are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without permission. User-generated content remains the property of its respective creators.

XPSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
